Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, features (Hikvision, D-Link, Geonix), and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Pricing
All prices listed for retail are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in technology hardware.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Delivery
Local & National: We ship across the Kashmir region and pan-India. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect your consumer rights, you must record a continuous unboxing video. This is the only valid evidence accepted for claims regarding missing items or physical damage during transit.
Returns, Refunds & Manufacturer Warranty
7-Day Return Policy: You may return unopened, factory-sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been installed, powered on, or had their security seals broken cannot be returned for a “change of mind.”
Manufacturer Warranty: As an authorized distributor, we provide products that carry official manufacturer warranties . In the event of a technical defect, we will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer’s authorized service centers.
Limitation of Liability
Intended Use: Our products (CCTV, Networking, IT) are intended for standard residential or small-office use. We are not liable for any data loss, property damage, or business interruption resulting from the use or failure of the hardware.
Installation: We provide hardware only. We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation performed by third-party technicians or the consumer.
User Privacy
We value your privacy. Your personal information, including contact and delivery details, is used solely for order fulfillment and communication regarding your purchase. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including unauthorized surveillance or network intrusion that violates local or national laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of a B2C transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.

JK Distributor and Security reserves the right to update these B2C Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in the law or our business practices.
